Band Fees
An explanation of fees
How much do music classes cost?
You will pay:
A $100 Registration Fee Per Student at the time of enrollment. The maximum fee per family is $200.
Monthly Tuition: (August - April, due by the 1st of each month)

$80/mo tuition for the first student

$60/mo for each additional student of the same family

$40/mo for each additional group (per student)
Fundraising:
There is a yearly fundraising requirement of $125 per family. Please choose one option:

Participate in the WFHEMA fundraiser (After the event, if you do not meet the $125 goal, the shortage is due by the end of March.)

Five $25 payments, due with tuition September - January

Pay in Full (with September tuition)

Monthly payments are paid online. You may also pay by check in person.
I understand the financial responsibilities above. I understand that if I withdraw my child before the end of the band year, I must notify, by letter or email, the Parent Board president or treasurer. I will be responsible for any tuition or fundraising fees due to the point of official withdrawal from the program. Further, I understand that the uniform that will be issued to my child is the property of WFHEMA and must be returned or I will be charged the cost of replacement (approximately $60). I agree to pay a $25 cleaning fee per uniform. Also, I grant permission for any media captured of my child to be used in future WFHEMA publications. Additionally, I agree to volunteer as a helper at two WFHEMA events during the year.
