Intermediate Audition Requirements

All auditions for the 2025-2026 season will include three components: scales and a prepared excerpt (listed below). Please understand that the audition committee may choose to omit some items during the actual audition.

July 31st: Students auditioning for All-State (and siblings)

August 4th & 7th: Intermediate and Advanced groups

  • Single paradiddles (RLRR-LRLL sticking, etc., continuously for 4 measures in 4/4)
