WFHEMA offers homeschool, private school, and public school students aged 8-18 quality group music instruction, performance outlets, and competition opportunities. While all of these benefits make this a worthwhile investment, perhaps the greatest benefit is watching your child develop a love for music that will last a lifetime.

Classes are held at First Baptist Church Pensacola, 500 N Palafox, Pensacola, FL 32501.
Fees
We accept cash, check, and online payments for the 2023-2024 school year.

Registration Fee: $100 per student. Maximum registration fee is $200 per family. *This fee is paid online at the time of registration.

$75 per month for 1st child for one class.

$50 per month for additional children in the same family.
Fundraising
In order to keep our costs at a level that is affordable to our families, we ask that each family participate in our yearly fundraiser of $125 per family.
We offer three options to choose from:

Participate in the WFHEMA fundraiser (After the event, if you do not meet the $125 goal, the shortage is due by the end of March.)

Five $25 payments, due with tuition September - January

Pay in Full (with September tuition
Schedule
Our classes meet twice a week at First Baptist Church Pensacola. Students are required to attend both days.
Classes begin September 11, 2023.
Beginner Band: 4:30 p.m. - 5:15 p.m., Monday and Thursday
Beginner Strings: 4:30 p.m. - 5:15 p.m., Monday and Thursday
Intermediate Band: 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday and Thursday
Intermediate Strings: 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday and Thursday
Advanced Combined (Wind and Strings): 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m., Monday and Thursday
Advanced Wind Ensemble Sectional: 5:30 p.m. - 6:15 p.m., Monday and Thursday
Advanced Chamber Strings Sectional: 5:30 p.m. - 6:15 p.m., Monday and Thursday
*Advanced groups practice together twice a week and separately twice a week.
Auditions are required for all Intermediate and Advanced groups.
Auditions will be held on August 28th and 31st.
Orientation is August 24th at 6 p.m.
