Beginner Band

Beginner Band is designed for students ages 10 and up with no prior music experience. Fundamental skills are introduced while working through Habits of a Successful Beginner Band Musician Book I*. In addition, students rehearse music to be performed at WFHEMA-sponsored concerts and events. Beginner students in 6th grade and up will also have the opportunity to participate in regional events such as Solo and Ensemble and District MPA.
